Hands On Math (“we”) provides hands-on math classes for enrolled apartment communities. This policy describes data collected through our parent and staff mobile apps, this website, and the web app.
Data we collect
- Account: phone number (OTP login), name, email where provided
- Children: name, grade, attendance, progress reports, community enrollment
- Payments: fee amounts, payment status, Razorpay order IDs — we do not store card or UPI credentials
- Enquiries: parent name, phone, community name, child details you submit on the enquiry form
- Device: push notification tokens, crash diagnostics (if enabled)
How we use data
To run classes, communicate with families and teachers, process program fees, provide support, and keep the program safe and operational.
Third parties
- Razorpay — payment processing
- SMS provider — one-time passwords (when configured in production)
- Error monitoring (e.g. Sentry) — when enabled in production
Data retention
We retain account, child, attendance, and payment records for as long as your family is enrolled and as required for billing, tax, and legal obligations. Enquiry data is retained to follow up on your request and for program operations. You may request deletion or correction by contacting support; some records may be kept where law or legitimate business needs require.
