By using Hands On Math apps or web services you agree to program rules set by your community and Hands On Math.
Program participation
Classes are offered to enrolled children in participating apartment communities. Parents or guardians register children, manage attendance preferences, and communicate with the program through the parent app or web. Teachers and program staff use separate staff tools under community assignment.
Program fees
Fees are billed in fixed class blocks according to your community's program schedule. Fee amounts and due dates are shown in the parent app before payment. Parents should verify attendance records before paying online. Absence, refund, and credit rules follow community policy and in-app cut-off times for planned leave.
Programme enquiries
Classes are subject to feasibility and availability in your community. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a programme slot until confirmed by our team.
Disputes
Attendance disputes are handled in-app. Payment for a billing period may be paused until an admin resolves the dispute. See Support for escalation.
